8月7日勤务检查情况汇总
7日，市局指挥中心在对各分县局视频点名中未应答的单位是：阎良分局；在对城区一、二级巡逻网巡逻车点名中检查中，各单位都能保证人员在岗在位；对全局电台值守点名时未应答单位：阎良分局。

警情综述：
▲全天共受理各类报警7649起。其中：
110：接警4500起，其中刑事229起（两抢10起，盗窃189起，诈骗15起），治安524起，咨询求助886起。
119：接警633起，火灾报警309起，处警7起。

云南昭通警方通报“5·10”巧家爆炸案侦破结果
新华网云南频道电：7日，云南省昭通市公安局通报：经过近3个月深入侦查，造成4人死亡、16人受伤的“5•10巧家爆炸案”已成功告破，涉案犯罪嫌疑人邓德勇、宋朝玉因涉嫌爆炸罪已被依法逮捕。两名犯罪嫌疑人均系案发当地村民，二人对策划实施爆炸案的犯罪事实供认不讳。
今年5月10日9时许，云南省巧家县白鹤滩镇花桥社区便民服务大厅发生一起爆炸案，造成4人死亡16人受伤。
此前，警方经现场勘查、尸体检验、调查走访、提取视频监控资料等侦查工作发现，引发爆炸的背包系赵登用（男，1986年生，家住巧家县包谷垴乡洼落村张家梁子组）背入案发现场并在其身上发生爆炸，警方据此初步认定其有重大作案嫌疑。
随着侦查工作深入开展，警方发现了新的可疑DNA、电路板残片等重要线索并查明：犯罪嫌疑人邓德勇（男，1969年生，家住巧家县白鹤滩镇迤博村1组）因其对被征收土地和房屋补偿不满，与犯罪嫌疑人宋朝玉（男，1969年生，家住巧家县白鹤滩镇迤博村1组）合谋通过实施爆炸制造社会影响。
5月9日，邓德勇将非法获取的炸药和雷管自制成爆炸装置，并伙同宋朝玉在野外进行了爆炸实验，引爆了一枚电雷管。
5月10日上午8时46分，宋朝玉、邓德勇从劳务市场以100元人民币雇佣了赵登用；8时59分，两人指使赵登用将装有爆炸装置的深色双肩包送入花桥社区一楼办公室；9时4分54秒，邓德勇见赵登用背包进入花桥社区一楼便民服务大厅后，用手机引爆实施了爆炸。
经公安机关侦查证实，赵登用未参与爆炸案的预谋策划，并且在爆炸中当场身亡，他也是本案的受害人之一。针对巧家县公安局在前期案情尚未彻底查清的情况下，在通报中因表述不严谨、不确切而给社会公众、赵登用及其家属带来的误导和影响，昭通市公安局向社会公众、赵登用及其家属表示诚恳道歉。

Summary of duty inspection on August 7

Police in Zhaotong, Yunnan reported the results of the investigation of the “5.10” Qiaojia bombing
Xinhua Net Yunnan Channel: On the 7th, the Zhaotong City Public Security Bureau of Yunnan Province reported that after nearly three months of in-depth investigation, the “5·10 Qiaojia Explosion Case” that killed 4 people and injured 16 people has been successfully solved. Deng Deyong and Song Chaoyu have been arrested in accordance with the law on suspicion of bombing. The two suspects were both local villagers where the incident occurred, and they confessed to the criminal facts of planning and carrying out the bombing.
At around 9 o’clock on May 10 this year, an explosion occurred in the convenience service hall of Huaqiao Community, Baihetan Town, Qiaojia County, Yunnan Province, killing 4 people and injuring 16 others.
Previously, the police discovered through on-site investigation, autopsy, investigation and visits, and extraction of video surveillance data that the backpack that caused the explosion belonged to Zhao Dengyong (male, born in 1986, who lives in Zhangjialiangzi Group, Waluo Village, Baogunao Township, Qiaojia County) Back into the scene of the crime and an explosion occurred on his body, based on which the police preliminarily determined that he was suspected of committing a major crime.
With the in-depth investigation, the police found important clues such as new suspicious DNA and circuit board fragments, and identified: the suspect Deng Deyong (male, born in 1969, who lives in Group 1, Yibo Village, Baihetan Town, Qiaojia County) Dissatisfied with the compensation for expropriated land and houses, he conspired with the criminal suspect Song Chaoyu (male, born in 1969, who lives in Group 1, Yibo Village, Baihetan Town, Qiaojia County) to create social impact by carrying out explosions.
On May 9, Deng Deyong made his own explosive device from illegally obtained explosives and detonators, and together with Song Chaoyu conducted an explosion experiment in the field, detonating an electric detonator.
At 8:46 a.m. on May 10, Song Chaoyu and Deng Deyong hired Zhao Dengyong from the labor market for 100 yuan; The office on the first floor of the community; at 9:4:54, Deng Deyong saw Zhao Deng enter the convenience service hall on the first floor of Huaqiao Community with a backpack, and detonated the explosion with his mobile phone.
The investigation by the public security agency confirmed that Zhao Dengyong was not involved in the premeditated planning of the bombing and died on the spot during the bombing. He was also one of the victims in this case.
