一、抓获情况
2012年5月24日，犯罪嫌疑人王明磊（男，曾用名：王亮，身份证号：，户籍：中国安徽省淮北市杜集区矿山集镇徐庄行政村石台组72号）因涉嫌赌博被昌平分局抓获并被采取行政拘留措施。 5月27日，昌平分局预审大队民警在对犯罪嫌疑人王明磊进行审查深挖工作中，该人交待了 2009年7月份发生在北京市大兴区黄村镇的一起故意伤害致死案的线索情况。
二、案件核实情况
经核实，2009年7月7日18时30分许，事主王雪生在北京市大兴区黄村镇双河北里社区41号楼东侧被多名男子打伤，后经抢救无效死亡。案件编号A1101151404002009070121。
三、嫌疑人交待及处理情况
在办案人员在强大的政策攻势下，犯罪嫌疑人王明磊进一步交待：2009年自己在北京市大兴区开设赌场时，怀疑被害人王雪生指使他人对其赌场实施抢劫。后王明磊交代了指使陈威（男，中国河南省信阳市人）等6名犯罪嫌疑人于2009年7月7日，在北京市大兴区黄村镇双河北里社区41号楼东侧将王雪生伤害致死的犯罪事实。
目前，犯罪嫌疑人王明磊已于2012年6月1日移交大兴分局处理。

1. Capture
