8月4日勤务检查情况汇总
4日，市局指挥中心在对各分县局视频点名检查中，各单位都能保证人员在岗在位。对城区一、二级巡逻网巡逻车点名中，未应答的巡逻车有莲湖102、以开102。对全局电台值守点名时未应答单位：铁建一支队。
东林大厦工地民工封堵建工路
4日10时40分许,我局接报，建工路西安市人力社会保障部门前有人堵路。接报后，我局民警迅速出警。
经了解，灞桥区董家门附近东林大厦工地的民工15人，因要求人社部解决拖欠工资问题将建工路东西单向封堵。
经民警现场工作,11时许,堵路人员被劝到人社部反映问题，道路被疏通。
世荣家城小区业主封堵汉城贾什子
4日11时许，我局接报，汉城贾什字有人堵路。接报后，我局民警迅速赶到现场。
经查，经开区世荣家城小区90余名业主因市政道路施工将小区电缆挖断停电的问题，将朱宏路与风城四路什字封堵。
后在经开管委会及汉城街办协调后，12时许，堵路业主全部离开。
“滚石30年西安演唱会”在我市圆满结束
4日18时，“滚石30年西安演唱会”在陕西上实城开体育场进行。现场三万余名观众观看本场演唱会。
为加强维护赛场秩序，确保演唱会安全举行，我局副局长肖西亮在演唱会开场前召集各值勤单位负责人就安保工作进行了专门的安排部署。副局长王建明、王海玲也亲临现场指挥。
我局参与本场演唱会安保工作的各警种警力达1760余名，保安500人。各值勤单位民警坚守岗位，认真负责。演唱会于23时50分安全圆满结束。

Summary of service inspection on August 4
On the 4th, during the video roll call inspection of the sub-county bureaus by the command center of the Municipal Bureau, each unit can ensure that the personnel are on duty. During the roll call of the patrol cars of the urban primary and secondary patrol networks, the unanswered patrol cars included Lianhu 102 and Yikai 102. The unit that did not respond to the roll call of the global station: Railway Construction Team.
Migrant workers at the construction site of Donglin Building blocked the construction road
At about 10:40 on the 4th, our bureau received a report that there were people blocking the road in front of the Human Resources and Social Security Department of Xi’an on Jiangong Road. After receiving the report, the police from our bureau dispatched the police quickly.
It was learned that 15 migrant workers at the construction site of Donglin Building near Dongjiamen in Baqiao District blocked the east-west one-way of Jiangong Road because they asked the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security to solve the problem of wage arrears.
After the on-site work of the police, at about 11 o’clock, the people blocking the road were persuaded to report the problem to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and the road was dredged.
Owners of Shirongjiacheng Community Blocked Jiashizi in Seoul
At about 11 o’clock on the 4th, our bureau received a report that someone blocked the road in Jiashizi, Seoul. After receiving the report, the police from our bureau rushed to the scene quickly.
After investigation, more than 90 owners of Shirongjiacheng Community in the Economic Development Zone blocked Zhuhong Road and Fengcheng 4th Road due to the problem of cutting off the cables in the community due to municipal road construction.
Later, after coordination between the Economic Development Management Committee and the Seoul Street Office, at about 12 o’clock, all the owners who blocked the road left.
“Rolling Stones 30 Years Xi’an Concert” ended successfully in our city
At 18:00 on the 4th, the “Rolling Stones 30 Years Xi’an Concert” was held at Kai Stadium in Shangshi City, Shaanxi. More than 30,000 spectators watched the concert.
In order to strengthen the maintenance of the order of the arena and ensure the safety of the concert, Xiao Xiliang, deputy director of our bureau, called the heads of all duty units before the concert to make special arrangements for security work. The deputy directors Wang Jianming and Wang Hailing also came to the scene to direct.
More than 1,760 police officers of various types and 500 security guards participated in the security work of this concert. The policemen of all units on duty stick to their posts and are serious and responsible. The concert ended safely and successfully at 23:50.
