8月12日当日情况
警情综述：
▲两天共受理各类报警14，672起。其中：
110：接警8，930起，其中刑事441起（两抢26起，盗窃367起），治安990起，咨询求助1，699起。
119：接警1，290起，火灾报警666起，处警9起。
122：接警4，452起，有效警情894起，处置87起，伤21人，损失40.9万元。
指挥中心短信平台管理规范
一、短信平台管理
1、短信平台号码为:106900360215750。
2、指挥中心调度科具体负责短信平台的用户管理，负责整理上传发布110接警数字及公安要情信息。
3、指挥中心调度科与短信平台提供商协作，负责平台技术维护，保障短信平台稳定有序、高效快捷的运行。
二、信息发布的内容、对象、程序及要求
4、短信平台信息发布的内容：主要为110接警数字和公安要情信息。110接警信息包括当日刑事、治安、两抢及盗窃的接警数字；公安要情信息是当日由调度台编辑上报“四大家”的要情快报信息中的重大热点信息及有可能引起省市领导关注的敏感信息。
5、短信平台信息发布的范围：
（1）110接警信息发送范围：市局所有局领导，指挥中心主任、副主任。
（2）公安要情信息发送范围：市局所有局领导，市局主要领导的秘书，要情所涉及分县局主要领导，指挥中心主任、副主任。
6、短信平台信息发布的程序：短信内容由调度科班长负责编辑，值班长审批后进行发布，重大敏感信息上报值班主任，经值班主任审批后进行发布。
7、短信平台信息发布的要求：信息发布必须要遵守及时、准确、保密的原则，短信内容要求简短、规范、精炼、得当。信息发布中禁止涉及政治性信息（如国保、反邪教等涉及国家安全的信息），此类信息发布仍然按照原工作程序进行。
三、信息安全
8、短信平台要按规定发布信息，不准擅自发布规定内容以外的信息。任何人不得使用短信平台发送不良信息和垃圾信息。
9、用于发送短信的计算机安装杀毒软件，定期进行杀毒。短信平台使用人员应做好对短信系统帐号及密码的保密工作。

Summary of service inspection on August 11

Command Center SMS Platform Management Specifications
1. SMS platform management
