市局持续深入推进村庄社区化管理成效明显。自去年5月，在全市城乡结合部地区创建推行村庄社区化管理模式以来，我局紧紧依靠各级党政有关部门，扎实稳步推进村庄社区化管理工作。截至6月底新完成推广九十七个村庄，占全年拟推广村庄数量的百分之五十五，超过预定目标五个百分点。全市实行社区化管理村庄已达四百二十九个。村庄社区化管理模式是我局着力破解城乡结合部治安管控难题。做好内容之一。村庄社区化管理的推广迅速改变了城乡结合部地区治安面貌，大大降低了发案率。有力提高了人民群众安全感，满意度和公安机关社会治安掌控能力。据统计今年上半年实行社区化管理的四百二十九个村庄，新登记流动人口九万零七百六十九人。列管高危人员4461名，抓获违法犯罪嫌疑人八百五十二人。刑事发案数量于2008年至2010年三年同期平均数相比下降了百分之二十四。
