1.鐘山分局破獲一起傷害致死案件
3月2日23時許，李樹仁(男，31歲，水城縣保華鄉人)與嚴春榮等人（男，20歲，水城縣勺米鄉人）在鐘山區明湖路“純生”夜總會結帳時發生口角。嚴春榮用卡子刀將李樹仁大腿殺傷，李樹仁因流血過多死亡。目前，犯罪嫌疑人嚴春榮已被刑拘。
2.西秀區物資局宿舍發現一具男屍
3月2日18時許，西秀區物資局宿舍發現一具男屍。死者年齡在35歲左右，身份不詳，體表有外傷。初步認定構成案件。目前，調查工作正進行中。

榕江縣發生一起交通事故 致1人死亡
2日21時許，黃生志（男，36歲，湖南省常德市澧縣人）駕駛天馬牌二輪摩托車行至榕江新城區橋頭交叉路口處時發生側翻。事故致黃生志當場死亡，乘車人夏傑（男，39歲，常德市澧縣人）、任淑媛（女，36歲，系黃生志的妻子）受傷，無生命危險。

貞豐縣參戰退伍人員存在不穩定因素
2月23日，貞豐縣龍場鎮李某、王某某二人自稱代表18名參老山、者陰山防禦作戰退伍軍人，向縣民政局提出書面申請。他們要求解決惠農政策的種養殖貸款優先權、房屋維修補助費、就業及購買麵包車營運等問題，要求政府部門給予答覆。縣相關部門研究，同意按政策傾斜，但麵包車營運問題有法律法規限制。3月1日上午，民政局向李某某電話通報時，李對麵包車不能辦理營運證不接受，表示要組織大家開會，聽取意見。目前，貞豐縣公安局正協同有關部門繼續開展工作，暫未發現其他不穩因素。

2.織金縣茶店鄉中學3名中學生一氧化碳中毒2人死亡
3日10時25分，織金縣茶店中學三名初三學生在租住房子內被發現一氧化碳中毒。2人死亡，1人經搶救後脫離生命危險並送縣醫院救治。亞東同志就做好調查及善後工作作出批示，澤洪、碧聲同志分別作了安排部署。

Criminal case
1. The Zhongshan Sub-bureau cracked a fatal injury case
At around 23:00 on March 2, Li Shuren (male, 31 years old, from Baohua Township, Shuicheng County) and Yan Chunrong and others (male, 20 years old, from Shaomi Township, Shuicheng County) checked out at the “Chunsheng” nightclub on Minghu Road, Zhongshan District A quarrel occurs from time to time. Yan Chunrong killed Li Shuren’s thigh with a clip knife, and Li Shuren died due to excessive bleeding. At present, the suspect Yan Chunrong has been detained.
2. A male body was found in the dormitory of the Materials Bureau of Xixiu District
At around 18:00 on March 2, a male body was found in the dormitory of the Materials Bureau of Xixiu District. The deceased was about 35 years old, his identity was unknown, and his body surface was traumatized. Preliminary determination constitutes a case. Currently, the investigation is in progress.

One dead in traffic accident in Rongjiang County
At about 21 o’clock on the 2nd, Huang Shengzhi (male, 36 years old, from Li County, Changde City, Hunan Province) rolled over when driving a Tianma two-wheeled motorcycle to the intersection of Qiaotou, Rongjiang New City. The accident resulted in Huang Shengzhi’s death on the spot, and the passengers Xia Jie (male, 39 years old, from Li County, Changde City) and Ren Shuyuan (female, 36 years old, wife of Huang Shengzhi) were injured and their lives were not in danger.

Unstable factors exist among war veterans in Zhenfeng County
On February 23, Li and Wang from Longchang Township, Zhenfeng County, claiming to represent 18 veterans of the Sanlao Mountain and Zheyin Mountain defense operations, submitted a written application to the County Civil Affairs Bureau. They asked for solutions to issues such as the priority of planting and breeding loans, housing maintenance subsidies, employment and the purchase of vans in the policy of benefiting farmers, and asked the government department to give answers. Relevant departments of the county researched and agreed to favor the policy, but there are laws and regulations on the operation of vans. On the morning of March 1, when the Civil Affairs Bureau notified Li by phone, Li refused to accept that the van could not apply for a business license, and said that he would organize a meeting to listen to opinions. At present, the Zhenfeng County Public Security Bureau is cooperating with relevant departments to continue to carry out work, and no other unstable factors have been found yet.

2. Three middle school students in Chadian Township Middle School in Zhijin County died of carbon monoxide poisoning
At 10:25 on the 3rd, three junior high school students from Chadian Middle School in Zhijin County were found to have carbon monoxide poisoning in their rented house. 2 people died, and 1 person was out of danger after being rescued and sent to the county hospital for treatment. Comrade Yadong gave instructions on doing a good job in the investigation and the aftermath, and Comrades Zehong and Bisheng made arrangements respectively.
