群體性事件
1.六枝特區新場鄉舊院水庫40余名移民欲進京上訪
2月28日，六枝特區新場鄉舊院水庫40余名移民以庫區實物指標丈量不准，房屋搬遷賠償未達到國家標準等問題為由，乘坐T186次列車（武昌—北京），欲進京上訪。事發後，市、區公安機關立即派員配合黨委、政府組成的工作組趕往河北省石家莊開展勸返工作。經工作，3月2日，12名移民被從石家莊勸返。3月3日晚，4名移民被從北京勸返。3月4日淩晨，滯留保定的20余名移民脫離勸返組視線。隨後，勸返組在京查找到3名移民。截止20時許，脫離勸返組視線的移民已找到。省廳接報後，省委常委、政法委書記、公安廳長崔亞東立即作出批示，對相關工作提出要求。廳黨委副書記、常務副廳長王澤洪，廳黨委委員、副廳長鄒碧聲對相關工作作出安排部署。截止21時30分，欲進京上訪的共59名移民正被勸返回六枝途中。
2.西秀區大西橋鎮宏盛化肥廠發生一起糾紛引發部分人員聚集
3月4日14時許，西秀區七眼橋鎮2名駕駛員駕車到大西橋鎮宏盛化肥廠運送石灰時，化肥廠負責收交石灰的職工在未經檢驗的情況下，以石灰質量不合格為由，扣押2名駕駛員運送的5噸石灰。2名駕駛員與該職工及該廠保安發生打架，致2名駕駛員被打傷。隨後，2名駕駛員邀約30余人到該廠聚集，打砸了該廠辦公樓部分門窗玻璃，並掀翻了該廠一輛獵豹吉普車。事發後，西秀區公安局有關領導立即組織警力趕赴現場開展工作。經工作，20時許，聚集人員全部勸離，參與打架及打砸的人員已被帶離接受調查。目前，受傷的2名駕駛員已送醫院治療。大西橋鎮黨委、政府已成立工作組處理相關善後事宜。
刑事案件
1.畢節市七星關區發生一起搶劫案
3月3日11時許，七星關區桂花路丁發群（女，40歲）接一名男子電話，稱要租她位於該區洪南路月亮社區的住房。當丁發群趕到月亮社區自家住房處後，三名男子將其捆綁並搶劫她4000餘元、一部手機及一張銀行卡。隨後，持刀威脅其說出銀行卡密碼，取走銀行卡內89000元。

2.大方縣迎賓大道專案部發生一起盜竊案
3月4日淩晨，大方縣大方鎮迎賓大道項目部一、二樓辦公室被撬門入室盜竊，被盜電子保險櫃1個（櫃內有現金17000元及印章、檔票據等）及部分財物。目前，案偵工作正在進行中。

水黃公路發生一起交通事故
3月4日23時22分許，水城縣阿戛鄉陳軍（男，30歲）駕駛貴BH7389小型客車（核載5人，實載4人）由貴陽往水城方向行駛。當行至水黃公路98KM+700M（水城縣關寨）處時，與對向車道薑寶壘（男，30歲，山東省鄒平縣人）駕駛的魯M96202重型特殊結構貨車相撞。事故造成貴BH7389小型客車司乘人員3人死亡、1人受傷。目前，事故原因調查及善後等工作正在進行中。

據悉，3月3日22時53分，一叫“weihe”的線民發表一篇標題為：“93號汽油受害的車主通知!!!”該帖主要內容：各位93號汽油受害車主請於3月5日星期一上午9點一起到省委、金陽醫院對面等加油站討說法！目前，共有428人流覽此貼，16人跟帖。目前，相關部門已刪除此貼並開展相關工作。
2.平壩縣高峰鎮居民劉秋菊擬赴京上訪
3月4日中午，平壩縣高峰鎮居民劉秋菊（女，49歲，住平壩縣化肥廠，原關嶺縣道班工作人員）因要求解決相關工作問題離開她的居住地擬赴京上訪。事發後，該縣黨委、政府立即啟動相關工作協調機制，並組成工作組開展勸返工作。經工作，18時許，劉秋菊在貴陽龍洞堡機場被成功勸止並被穩控在當地。目前，相關工作正在進行中。

1. More than 40 immigrants from the Jiuyuan Reservoir in Xinchang Township, Liuzhi Special Zone want to go to Beijing to appeal
On February 28, more than 40 immigrants from the Jiuyuan Reservoir in Xinchang Township, Liuzhi Special Zone took the T186 train (Wuchang-Beijing) on the grounds that the measurement of the physical indicators in the reservoir area was inaccurate and the compensation for house relocation did not meet the national standards. Go to Beijing to petition. After the incident, the municipal and district public security organs immediately dispatched personnel to cooperate with a working group formed by the party committee and the government to Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province to carry out the work of persuading them to return. After work, on March 2, 12 immigrants were persuaded to return from Shijiazhuang. On the evening of March 3, four immigrants were persuaded to return from Beijing. In the early morning of March 4, more than 20 immigrants stranded in Baoding escaped the sight of the Return Persuasion Team. Subsequently, the persuasion team found three immigrants in Beijing. 2. A dispute at the Hongsheng Chemical Fertilizer Factory in Daxiqiao Town, Xixiu District caused some people to gather
At around 14:00 on March 4, when two drivers from Qiyanqiao Town, Xixiu District drove to Hongsheng Chemical Fertilizer Factory in Daxiqiao Town to deliver lime, the workers in charge of collecting the lime in the fertilizer factory took the lime as the quality of the lime without inspection. 5 tons of lime delivered by 2 drivers were seized on the grounds that the quantity was unqualified. Two drivers fought with the employee and the factory security, causing two drivers to be injured. Later, two drivers invited more than 30 people to the factory to gather, smashed some doors and windows of the office building of the factory, and overturned a Cheetah jeep in the factory. After the incident, relevant leaders of the Xixiu District Public Security Bureau immediately organized police forces to rush to the scene to carry out work. After work, at about 20 o’clock, all the gathered people were persuaded to leave, and those who participated in the fighting and smashing have been taken away for investigation. At present, the two injured drivers have been sent to the hospital for treatment. The Party committee and government of Daxiqiao Town have set up a working group to deal with the aftermath.
Criminal case
1. A robbery case occurred in Qixingguan District, Bijie City
At about 11 o’clock on March 3, Ding Faqun (female, 40 years old) on Guihua Road, Qixingguan District received a call from a man, saying that he wanted to rent her house in the Moon Community on Hongnan Road in the district. When Ding Faqun arrived at her house in Moon Community, three men tied her up and robbed her of more than 4,000 yuan, a mobile phone and a bank card. Later, he threatened him with a knife to reveal the bank card password, and took away 89,000 yuan from the bank card.

2. A case of theft occurred in the project department of Yingbin Avenue, Dafang County
In the early morning of March 4, the offices on the first and second floors of the Yingbin Avenue Project Department, Dafang Town, Dafang County, were broken into and burglarized. One electronic safe (with 17,000 yuan in cash, seals, documents, etc.) and some property was stolen. Currently, case investigation is in progress.

A traffic accident occurred on the Shuihuang Highway
At about 23:22 on March 4, Chen Jun (male, 30 years old) from Ajia Township, Shuicheng County, drove your BH7389 minibus (5 people on board, 4 people on board) from Guiyang to Shuicheng.
