坟台派出所于2012年2月10日15时20分许接到匿名群众报警称:在坟台镇魏心庄北边路上有一男子躺在地上。
坟台派出所值班民警段李涛、王浩宇出警,在坟台镇魏心庄北坟台卫生室门口处的柏油路上发现一名30多岁中年男子躺在路中间靠东侧,头朝西北方向,处于昏睡状态,距其约一米处有一辆红色大架摩托车倒在地上。出警民警对其简单询问,该男子说话语无伦次话语不清晰,说话时伴有刺鼻的酒味。根据现场情况,出警民警认为该男子疑似驾驶摩托车倒地,后把该案件移交给交管大队三中队查处。
