2月8日，市局召开了2012年全局情报工作会议，市委常委市局党委书记局长傅政华，公安部情报信息中心主任黄洪以及市局副局长杨晓毅，丁世伟，高煜，张卫华，单志刚，政治部主任李建华出席了会议。
局属各单位正职领导，分管情报工作，主管领导及情报信息中心主任，市局情报信息中心班子全体成员参加了会议。
会上，杨晓毅副局长作了题为肩负情报工作崇高使命。和历史责任，为首都稳定提供坚强的保障和服务的全局。
情报工作主报告公安部情报信息中心主任黄洪高度肯定北京市公安局的情报工作指出，在大情报建设中北京很多工作走在了前列，去年综合考核排名全国前茅。
目前全国公安大情报工作发展势头强劲，下一步要重点解决好大情报系统建设与应用工作中的问题。
傅政华局长指出，这次会议是全局公安情报工作领域召开的第一次综合性会议，在首都公安情报工作发展史上具有十分重要的意义。
我局情报信息部门要围绕大情报体系建设，着力提高对情报工作基础性战略性的认识，切实把全警情报责任落到实处。要进一步强化情报体制机制建设，不断完善情报工作的制度规范，要坚持人力情报与技术情报。两手抓，两手硬，形成相互补充相互支持相互印证交叉覆盖的情报工作格局。
